I'm not sure I've actually ever seen what I would consider to be a "normal" looking garbage can. There is definitely a LARGE need for a lot more garbage cans around Chennai. There is trash everywhere you look. In the last week, there have been reports that people are going to start getting fined for throwing trash on the streets. Yeah right! What are they going to do, ticket every single person in Chennai?
